TENDER NOTICE

Providing Services for Event Management of Full Day / Half Day for Iqbal Academy Pakistan
UNDER TENDER ENQUIRY NO 14,   27^TH OCTOBER 2009

1.         Sealed bids are invited, under Tender Enquiry NO. 14 of 2009, from well-reputed and experienced organizations engaged in the event management.

2.         Proposals are invited for the Event Management of full day / half day. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours.

3.         Sealed Proposals both Technical and Financial should be dropped in the tender box latest by 26^th October, 2009 by 1100 hours and opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the Committee Room, Basement of Conference Center, Aiwan-i-Iqbal Complex, in presence of the representatives of the bidders, if they desire to be present.
