Sealed Tenders are invited form reputable Firm/General order suppliers/dealers registered with the General Sales Tax and the Income Tax Department, Govt. of Pakistan, for the supply of electrical items related the Chillers, AHUs and Pumps installed at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Lahore
The list of the items can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours. TERM & CONDITION 1. Earnest money in the shape of DD/pay Order @ 2% of the bid (refundable) in favor of “Aiwan-e-Iqbal Funds” must be submitted/deposit with the bid along with certificate of registration with Income Tex/General Sales Tax Department. 2. The bids with lowest price, meeting the specifications and requirement of the office will be considered for placing purchase order. The quantity of the items may be decreased/ increased as per final official requirements. 3. The lowest bidder will be bound to deliver the items within 15-days after the purchase order is issued. 4. Sealed Proposals should be dropped in the tender box latest by 05 July, 2010 by 1100 hours and opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the Committee Room # 03, Basement of Conference Centre, Aiwan-i-Iqbal Complex, in presence of the representatives of the bidders, if desire to be present. 5. Firm black listed with any Govt. Department shall not be entertained. 6. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender without assigning any reason or prior notice.
