PROVISION OF OPERATIONAL & MAINTENANCE (O&M) SERVICES
FOR AIWAN-I-IQBAL COMPLEX
UNDER TENDER ENQUIRY NO.  13 OF 2009

1.          Sealed bids are invited, under Tender Enquiry NO. 13 of 2009, from well-reputed and experienced private companies/firms engaged in the overall management, operation and maintenance of high-rise buildings, services and system, registered with Income Tax Department and holding both Operator Licence and Constructor License from Pakistan Engineering Council, stationed at Lahore for provision of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services to Aiwan-i-Iqbal Complex situated at Egerton Road, Lahore, starting from the date of signing of the contract.  

2.          The Tender Documents containing detailed information, terms and conditions etc. can be obtained from office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) (Non-refundable) on any working day.

 3.          Sealed Proposals both Technical and Financial (sealed separately) should be dropped in the tender box latest by 5^th October, 2009 by 1100 hours and opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the Committee Room, Basement of Conference Center, Aiwan-i-Iqbal Complex, in presence of the representatives of the bidders, if desire to be present.
